We also offer our Sauna at the Newquay Orchard Events.

Who we are

A place to connect and reflect, we have connection with Nature and the community at Heart. Our Sauna is placed amongst the Beauty of Newquay Orchard, so you can appreciate nature’s goodness while having a detoxifying, boosting experience. Come and join us for some Heart-Centred conversation or a deep dive into your inner world and leave feeling beautiful inside and out.

What to Bring, What to Do

You’ll need to bring:

  • 2 towels (small towel/tea towel to sit on while in the sauna, and one for drying). These are available to rent if you forget.

  • PLEASE COME ‘SAUNA READY’. We do not yet have a changing room, so having your swimmers on under your clothes on arrival means you’ll have longer the sauna. (if booking a private session you're not required to wear swimwear in the sauna, however, as we are in a public space, you are required to cover yourself once out of the sauna). Although we are working to make this as comfortable an experience as possible…. this is a Wild sauna - it’s worth bringing a changing robe.

  • Water bottle to stay hydrated while in the sauna.

What to do:

We recommend 10 - 15 minutes of warming in the sauna. You’ll sit on a small towel (that you’ll bring), and you may want to wear a sauna hat (which we provide). Remove your jewellery, it’ll get very hot, so it’s a good idea to leave it at home. The sauna will be between 70-90C.

Next up…cooling! You can use our immersive Cold plunges, buckets of cold water, our built-in shower, or just stand outside!

…REPEAT! After a few cycles of this practice you’ll feel refreshed and revitalised.
